How to return To start a return email us at hi@trykalvoria.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and our returns address upon request.
Return shipping Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
