RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return — no questions asked.

Starting a return
To start a return contact us at hi@trykalvoria.com with your order number. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Shared via email

Condition
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Damages and incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hi@trykalvoria.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of food supplements we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products outside of our money back guarantee. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product please return your original order and place a new purchase separately.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the outcome. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval please contact us at hi@trykalvoria.com.

European Union
If your order is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
